In the 2nd part of the paper I will discuss the foundations of property, the juridical status of law in the state, and the theory of liberalism in relation to Roberto Esposito's the 'categories of the impolitical',  the notion of 'persona' and the concept of the  'impersonal'. As well as aspects of C. Schmitt: Der Nomos der Erde im Völkerrecht des Jus Publicum Europaeum - The Nomos of the Earth in the International Law of the Jus Publicum Europaeum.
